1. Information we collect
When you sign in to Tutebe, we collect your email address (through our authentication provider, Privy) and the country you select. As you use the platform, we store your demo credit balance, the challenges you create or accept, and a record of your demo transactions.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate the platform: to create and maintain your account, run the prediction and challenge features, display balances and history, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Authentication
We use Privy to handle sign-in. Your login credentials are managed by Privy and subject to their privacy practices. We receive only the basic account information needed to identify you, such as your email address.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored using our database provider (Supabase). We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is completely secure. You use the platform with the understanding that no method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be fully secure.
5. Third-party data
Some market information is sourced from third-party prediction markets. Viewing this data does not share your personal information with those third parties.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. When you request deletion, we will remove your account information and associated demo data, subject to any records we are required to retain.
7. Children
Tutebe is not intended for anyone below the legal age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from underage users.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will update the date at the top when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
