1. What Tutebe is
Tutebe is a prediction and peer-challenge platform currently operating in a demo capacity. All activity on Tutebe uses virtual demo credits with no monetary value. Demo credits cannot be purchased, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money or anything of value. Tutebe does not currently offer real-money wagering.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Tutebe. By using the platform you confirm that prediction and challenge activities are permitted where you live, and that you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
3. Demo credits
Demo credits are provided for entertainment and to demonstrate how the platform works. We may adjust, reset, or remove demo credit balances at any time. Demo credits are not your property and confer no rights or value.
4. Market data
Some markets shown on Tutebe reference data from third-party prediction markets. This data is provided for informational purposes and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Tutebe is not affiliated with these third parties and does not guarantee the accuracy of any market data or outcome resolution.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to manipulate balances or outcomes, exploit bugs, use automated systems to gain unfair advantage, or use Tutebe for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. No warranty
Tutebe is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tutebe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Because the platform uses demo credits with no monetary value, you acknowledge there is no financial loss associated with demo activity.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves, including when real-money features and licensing are introduced. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
